At Resource Group, we consider that Quality is
something to value most highly. It manifests itself in the service that we
deliver. Our project management and quality management processes are heavily
integrated and evolve with each project undertaken to ensure we achieve the
clients' objective in a controlled, auditable and traceable manner.
Our In-house quality management systems enable to perform a full life cycle
program of project managed design, development and verification. All the
organisational areas within the group operate to either ISO 9000:2000 or ISO
9000 - TickIT certified processes.
How is Quality achieved?
1. Our processes are under constant review to ensure that we are using "best
practice" at all times. Best practise is determined as a consequence of
customer feedback and post milestone/delivery review meetings between the
project team and the customer.
2. We are accredited to "Investor in People", which means that our staff are
